Shipping
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post at the beginning of every week.
Your order should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks depending on where you are located.
more remote locations may take longer to receive their order. Please note that we may send your items in separate boxes.
This will not affect your shipping charge. All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such purchases pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment you may return original art purchased only from our store for a full product refund if you are located in Canada or United States only .
Shipping fees will be deducted from original invoice and balance amount will be refunded. We cannot accept any returns on original artwork that are returned more than 10 days after their confirmed delivery unless a re-stokage fee of 50% of the original price is applied.
The original artwork must be in its original good condition upon its return. You cannot return any original artwork purchased if you are located anywhere else around the world.
If the original artwork you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.
Please note that there are no allowable returns on any other collectibles items wherever you are located around the world.
This includes items such as: art cards, printed posters, art books, giclées reproduction, fashion line items, or other artist serigraphs.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in the original packaging.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation and that you insure the package contents.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of our receiving and approving the return and will be in the same form of payment that was originally used to make the purchase.
We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.
If you are returning a gift you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. A replacement gift certificate will be mailed to the address on the returned item.
If you used a coupon during your purchase a replacement coupon number will be e-mailed or mailed to you.
