For Immediate Release

Baroness Maud Julier von Badenthal, B.A.,

President, COSMOLANE

"Cosmolane is part of the "Passion for Life" program because beauty and health are fundamentally linked. Cosmolane recognized the potential to help women across Canada not only to feel better about them, but also raise funds in the fight to find a cure for Breast Cancer.

It is personally important to me to give back to the society, and the opportunity provided by Antoine Gaber an internationally renowned artist painter and cancer researcher was a perfect vehicle to achieve this", said Maud Julier Von Badenthal, President of Cosmolane, Distributor of Orlane Paris for Canada

"I chose such an important issue for women as 1 in 9 women will likely develop Breast Cancer. I feel cosmetics play a very important part in the restructuring of women's' lives, especially as more and more women survive this horrible disease, through the advances made in scientific research. We must do all we can to help." "My passion for the world of beauty is the belief that every single woman is beautiful, but that she may not know how to bring this belief out. This is where the world of beauty steps in. It releases the inner self and confidence in us all. Beauty within the world of beauty. If we look good, the spirits are lifted. This is my belief and my legacy to my community." said Maud Julier Von Badenthal, President of Cosmolane, Distributor of Orlane Paris for Canada

" Passion for Life" Video News release (B-Roll) Questions / Answers:

Why did Cosmolane participated in the "Passion for Life" fundraising Program with the Bay and artist Antoine Gaber across Canada?

Beauty and health are intrinsically/fundamentally linked. Cosmolane recognized the potential to help women across Canada not only feel better about themselves, but also raise funds in the fight to find a cure for Breast Cancer. It is personally important for me to give back to society, and the opportunity provided by Antoine Gaber, an internationally renowned artist and researcher, was a perfect vehicle to achieve this.

What differentiate Orlane from other cosmetic companies?

Orlane is different from other cosmetic companies in 2 ways, firstly, the specialty skin treatment products and secondly, the way we communicate with our customers by only suggesting products, following a complete, in-depth skin analysis. Only then, we will recommend a personalized program adapted to the needs of each customer. Since the skin has different needs at different times our Orlane Beauty Advisors will reassess the skin at every visit to make sure the customer is getting the best treatments and results which has been shown to be very effective. Improvements can be observed as early as 2 days, depending of the skin condition.

Why use the Theme "Passion for Life"?

Passion for Life is all about the well being of people, passion for beauty and the arts, which provide a universe of internal peace and comfort for the soul.

Why did you decide to work with Antoine Gaber as an artist?

Antoine Gaber is a unique compassionate individual, a Cancer Researcher and an artist I have come to appreciate. He has worked extensively in fundraising for important charitable causes, such as breast cancer which, is an important issue for all women.
