The Canadian, Antoine Gaber is a dynamic artist and a planner who promotes the innovation of science and culture in order to convey to the public, potential new perspectives of life. In this context, because of his business acumen, he is an outstanding representative and pioneer to influence social changes.
As a good photographer and great painter, he expresses his emotions as he feels them, emotions derived from the contemplation of nature mainly in the spectacular field of landscapes and flowers.
In his artistic expression, his colors are more prevailing than lines, however, his lines give to his artwork the structural blends that produce a captivating atmosphere. These outstanding visual characteristics are evident in his series such as Swirl (Circular artworks), Spring, Summer, Seascapes, Lotus flower, Poppies, Helenium, floral beds and many more, where his predominant talent and passion for life create different subjects filled with light, that fluctuate in their contours offering a rich and vibrant tonal transition.
As a photographer and digital artist, Gaber has created a unique and original technique called the Evolutional Ribonnized Photography™ already very much in demand for its impact and use in different fields.
Researcher by nature and a tireless warrior, Gaber invites his public to view the world of nature and humanity from a podium of a thousand windows, and to enjoy art while collaborating in humanitarian projects, using his talent for a good cause.

LA MIRADA COLOSAL
Within the historical panorama of Mexican art, considered as an original and unique cultural phenomenon, for its great four chronological periods (Pre-Hispanic, Viceregal, Modern and Contemporary) that are identified by the MIRADA COLOSAL of its artists in each of its respective epochs. Real talented artists with an authentic vocation deserve to be included in such a powerful aesthetic trend.
Remarkable works of architecture, painting, sculpture, painted ceramics, coming from the pre-Hispanic, and the Viceregal epoch are dazzling. At the end of the XVIII century the Academy of San Carlos was founded, and was the first of its kind in the American continent. It was a key school for the teaching of the arts and the diffusion of culture in Mexico. During the XIX century (Modern period), landscapes and native traditions were incorporated through the artwork of great artists such as Juan Cordero, José María Velasco, Hermenegildo Bustos, José Guadalupe Posada, Mateo Herrera and several others. In the XX century emerges the powerful expression of muralism, architecture and sculpture were reborn. Throughout the country, from north to south and from east to west, large museums and houses of culture are built and adapted for Cultural activities that are ongoing until today, with new projects and aesthetic researches to join the XXI century as an additional link to such a unique chain.
There is still a task to be carried out to popularly disseminate the idea of the plastic correlation between these great aesthetic periods whose diversity, strength and richness of expressions make the culture of Mexico unique. It is an inclusive and passionate effort to rescue our artistic treasure, doubly valuable in an environment where the significance and value of history are often ignored.
We invite the Canadian contemporary artist, scientist, film producer, photographer and impressionist painter of landscapes and flowers, Antoine Gaber, to join our group of the MIRADA COLOSAL.

BIOGRAPHY:
Berta Taracena (born Mexico City, 1925) is a Mexican historian, cultural researcher and art critic.
Taracena earn a quality education, receiving a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mexican history from the Universidad Nacional de México. She studied and worked under academics such as Francisco de la Maza and Justino Fernández.
She began her writing career young, publishing about two articles a week, generally reviewing current trends in art, along with art news. She also began doing research work, writing and editing books, along with museum curating. She has worked with other notables in Mexico’s art world such as Fernando Gamboa. Her specialty is Mexican visual art, having written hundreds of essays, articles and books as well as appearing at conferences. She focuses on the continuity of Mexican art from its pre-Hispanic roots to the present. She has published notable books on artists such as Diego Rivera, Manuel Rodríguez Lozano, Vladimir Cora, Leopoldo Flores and Antonio Ramírez, as well as Estética del arte mexicano en el tiempo in 2006.
She has stated that Mexican art “constitutes a singular and unique phenomenon, owing to a mixture of traces and elements that bring together an idea of an original cohesion, created by the qualities of monument, and rich imagination. Form, line, color, fantasy and meaning are woven to define an idea of art with particular traits.”
In 2009, the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México held a tribute to her life’s work.
